- • I had booked a 35 sqm deluxe room with a sitting area and was given a Classic room because the size and photos from Booking matched a classic. I pointed this out at reception and they said I should have mentioned it upon arrival. They should be informed about the rooms to assign, not me. The manager always responded with a smirk that seemed mocking. To make up for it, she wanted to offer me a discount for the next stay. I don't think I will return.
Beautiful and picturesque territory, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and friendly staff. I want to come back here again and again.

- • No air conditioning in the rooms!! There was literally no air in the room. When you try opening the window you get tens of mosquitoes in the room in a second. Such an expensive resort and we literally couldn’t sleep. Also this is kind of a scam because it says in the room description AC is available. Everything in the hotel is so expensive. Instagram trap.
This place was so beautiful and relaxing, the beds were so comfy and the food in the restaurant was amazing, probably the best dinner we have had in Italy, definitely could be improved with a gym or a jacuzzi/sauna.

- • There are 2 ways into the resort, we made the mistake of coming the wrong way which was a long gravel path that was terrible to drive on, definitely drive from Siena direction.
Loved it, nice for a two-night stay. I would highly recommend.
