Good location but overpriced for the quality of services.
The location is ideal as it is right in the train station. However, it is better to have a room on a high floor to avoid street and train noises. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

- • The breakfast is quite poor. It's the worst I've ever eaten in Switzerland. There was a strong smell of mold in the bathroom and the walls need to be refreshed.

Home away from home especially during a very busy work trip.
The friendly staff are amazing. They made me feel right at home. From day 1, Stevan was incredible. He answered all my questions with a smile and was so efficient in addressing all my needs. He is really nice and made my stay very comfortable. Eleonore also was amazing. What a lovely friendly young lady. These two are enough reason for me to come back to this hotel. They are fantastic and helped me a lot. This is important for travelers like myself who have a busy work schedule. We need this kind of welcome and support. Thank you Stevan and Eleonore.

The location was excellent. The room was good. Due to excessive heat, a portable air conditioner was available. The receptionist was very friendly at the time of check-in and check-out.

- • The room entrance was located at the rear side of the building. Not easy to carry two heavy bags and pass through bars and pavement, looks very awkward while passing

- • The entrance to the aparthotel, on the side of it, is lonely and dark. They do not supply water or amenities daily. I felt neglected.
A very pleasant stay. I particularly thank the receptionist Eleonore, very present, efficient, and smiling.
Warm and welcoming reception, particularly efficient during heatwaves. Air conditioning out of order in some rooms, calm reassignment in the customer service.
