- • We were told they had accessible rooms for myself but when we arrived we were given 3 double rooms. We had been assigned 1 double and 2x single. This was sorted by the manager immediately. The next day I went for a shower and apparently the drains were blocked so it leaked all over the bathroom floor through into the bedroom and just missed my clothes in my suitcase. The ones that got wet were sorted by the staff. I was moved to another room which happened to be next to my daughter which was ideal but the air conditioning wasn't working in either room. My daughter was without for four days. My son’s room was about 2 days The temperature was in the 30s it was roasting. We asked for fans but were told there were none left but as I am disabled I need to be kept cool and so does my Insulin. Other guests were offered free breakfasts and room upgrades for free. Not us. All in all it was not an i
