- • The hotel was hot and the air conditioning did not cool down even though the hotel staff were prompt in changing my room and bringing me a fan. However, the cost is considered very expensive for the amount paid

- • But there is no air conditioning, and it is very hot. If you open the windows, the noise from downstairs is quite loud, and there are flies and bugs coming in. The washing machine is not in the unit and sometimes occupied

- • The air conditioning issue, even though I understand it is related to Swiss regulations and restrictions on A/C. As a tourist in Zurich and a guest at a 5-star hotel of this caliber, it is not my problem. With an outside temperature of 36 degrees, it is totally unacceptable to have 31 degrees inside the room because the Swiss regulations restrict A/C operations to only 5 degrees below the outside temperature. The high room rate I pay should include air conditioning in the room, but in my case, not only was it not provided, but I wasn't even given a fan to at least minimize the problem. Additionally, the hotel should inform guests before booking about this issue so that it is their decision to proceed with the booking or not
