Presque tout était génial. Chambre confortable, excellent petit-déjeuner, dîner et plats au bord de la piscine. Superbe bar sur le toit et personnel vraiment amical, serviable et efficace. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est superbe, juste entre les parties ancienne et nouvelle de la ville de Rhodes.

Special attention to the staff who do a remarkable job, it is certainly what sets this hotel apart from others. I travel a lot, it is very rare to see such cohesion and so much professionalism from everyone. The chambermaids are exceptional, they do not have the best role to stand out and again, their kindness makes the difference. Congratulations to all, thank you for this wonderful stay, don't change anything and keep up the good work.

L'hôtel a un certain charme et une certaine beauté et il y a quelques membres du personnel très gentils comme la dame du petit-déjeuner de plus de 40 ans avec des cheveux bruns

- • J'avais réservé cet établissement spécialement pour les installations de spa. Une semaine avant d'arriver, j'avais envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel pour demander des créneaux horaires pour le spa et la manucure/pédicure. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'ai essayé à nouveau via le formulaire sur le site web. Encore une fois, aucune réponse. À mon arrivée à l'hôtel, j'ai immédiatement demandé un rendez-vous pour la manucure/pédicure et la dame à la réception m'a dit qu'ils n'offraient plus ce service. J'étais perplexe car c'était sur le site web. Elle a dit que j'avais dû mal regarder. C'était étrange mais bon : et le spa alors ? J'ai dû demander au spa le lendemain, malheureusement c'était complet jusqu'au jour après notre départ. Donc pas de spa non plus. J'ai vu le dépliant dans la chambre et j'ai lu qu'ils proposent bien manucure et pédicure !! Très perplexe, je vais au spa le lendemain pour demander et ils confirment qu'ils offrent effectivement ce service mais n'auront pas de place pour les jours à venir. Tout cet incident était tellement étrange pour moi. J'avais réservé l'hôtel pour les installations de spa et à la fin je n'ai pu utiliser aucune d'entre elles et je n'ai pas reçu de réponse à mes e-mails et au formulaire de contact en ligne.
