Great location and friendly staff
Friendly and professional team. The location of the hotel was great. The staff was helpful. The hotel facilities were adequate. They were always helpful in arranging taxis. The variety of breakfast was quite satisfying. Rooms were clean and sometimes room service came twice a day.

- • There were two separate beds in the room despite mentioning that we were a couple. When we first arrived in the room, there was water in our room but; on other days, requested waters were subject to a charge.
Exceptional
I have no words, everything was perfect, from the service of the staff, all helpful and friendly, to the welcome reception with fruits. Close to the old town, a short walk. A bit far from Porto for those who want to walk. Exceptional breakfast. Large pool with sun most of the time. The bar on the 4th floor is very pleasant.

Location is top-notch in terms of quality, but unsuccessful in minibar restocking and humidity issues
The property is in a magnificent location, 2 minutes from the old town, 10 minutes walking distance to Elli Beach. Actually, everything is within a maximum of 10 minutes walking distance.

- • The property has a lot of issues with humidity; the room is constantly humid, and the minibar staff does not check if you are available, they just enter the room.

- • The cost of the rooms has increased significantly and, although the hotel offers exceptional services, this development raises concerns about the possibility of maintaining cooperation in the future, especially given the strong competition in the market.
Fabulous staff in a wonderful location with lovely facilities and very nice food.
Staff were excellent and very obliging, the breakfast was very good, the breakfast room was excellently located, and there was a lovely rooftop bar at night.

Very rich and varied continental breakfast with local dishes. The location is just outside the Old Town. The transfer driver was very kind and punctual. The common areas are varied and offer more activity spaces. Beautiful structure in general built in the 70s but with partial renovations of areas and furnishings.

- • The SPA had very limited hours and has not been recently renovated, showing signs of aging and not up to the standards of an SLH hotel.
