- • Mixed welcome: barely arrived, asked for identification, credit card, etc. We would have appreciated a smile and a welcome message. They lost sight of the fact that they were merchants. Too bad. Room on the 3rd floor with no view, not even the sky. It would be good to specify this. The only window overlooks a very narrow outdoor courtyard.
