Brilliant hotel and the staff were amazing!
The staff were fantastic from the start to the end, so grateful for all the help they gave us when our initial flight was cancelled. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the breakfast was great. Thank you!

The hotel is perfectly located: close to Termini station and metro lines A and B which allow access to various tourist sites. The breakfast offers a wide range of sweet and savory choices (being big food lovers, we were happy to taste maritozzi). The view from the hotel terrace is magnificent (especially in the evening when the domes of St. Mary Major are illuminated). And finally, the best for last, the hotel staff is lovely with always little attentions (whether it's the bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival or the plate of fresh fruit offered to us after our walks in Rome). Thanks again to Donatella with whom we had long conversations about art, travel, and places to visit ^^

- • The only thing I can say is that our safe was never fixed when we asked them to, and I feel that I didn't get the room that I had requested. Other than that, it was okay and the people were nice
Lovely reception staff, they were so willing to assist and help. Made us feel like coming home!
Breakfast was lovely, however, the breakfast staff were a little "stern", but the service was good and so many lovely places to sit and have breakfast, indoors and outdoors. The location was great, we could walk to many places, but also convenient for catching taxis and the reception staff were great with calling taxis. We would definitely go back if the opportunity arose.
