- • Very poor cleanliness, as soon as I entered I saw the bathtub with long black hairs and the bathtub glass dirty. One of the single beds is in terrible condition, impossible to sleep on, very worn out. Breakfast doesn't vary.

- • If you don't like air conditioning and prefer to sleep with your window open, you will experience some noise from the street. It's a consequence of being in the city center, but beyond the hotel's control/responsibility.
Very central and prime location hotel.
It’s very central in town, near the old town full of restaurants. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. The rooftop bar offers fabulous views around the city. Top-notch breakfast.

- • Though it was very noisy in the corridors. You can hear constant banging and scraping, especially in the evening. Not sure where it came from, could be the next room or from the lifts in the corridor.
Pleasant stay but did not like the location of the room.
The staff was extremely helpful.

- • My room was quite dark and therefore not very relaxing. The flashing phone charger disturbed my sleep as it was continually turning on and off. Light is something that disturbs me because I can't hear. I wouldn't want to stay in that room for my whole holiday.
The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and polite. Breakfast was good as long as you were early.
The location was perfect, a lovely elegant hotel.
