- • Parking that needs to be renovated in front of the structure, separates from the sea. Confusing and noisy breakfast. Lack of quality products compared to frozen croissants. Much higher demand in money compared to the offer. I wouldn't go back, there are better options. Need to renovate and perfect the details
It was a great location with a beautiful view of Galway Bay. Close to public transportation.
Breakfast was wonderful and offered a lot of variety. The rooms were clean and we had fresh water in our rooms every day.

- • The staff upon check-in did not clearly explain the dining room policies. We were informed of a dinner special of a 2 or 3-course meal that we could pre-pay for at the front desk, or we could order a la carte from the menu and go directly to the dining room for dinner. Upon arrival at the dining room, we were informed that reservations were required and they were fully booked for the rest of the evening. It appeared that the front desk and the dining room were not communicating effectively. We ended up having something to eat in the bar, which had great food.
Actually a nice hotel, but for the price, it was simply too expensive

- • Interior is clearly outdated; price-performance ratio did not match; due to events (weddings and other celebrations), the noise level was relatively high even at night.
