- • It's a shame we couldn't enjoy the magnificent reception which was still under construction. But the staff is so kind that we were able to see it in advance and frankly, it's beautiful.

I will not return to this hotel.
Honestly disappointed with the hotel... upon arrival, I wondered where I was... I was expecting a beautiful entrance but we arrived on the side along the road and there were construction works... nothing majestic worthy of a palace. Then we were welcomed at the reception, the lady was nice, then we were taken to the room... and there it was announced that the elevator was not working and we had to take the freight elevator... Unbelievable! When we could have crossed the bar and walked along the pool to reach another elevator, which was much more pleasant in my opinion... The man who accompanied us to our room explained nothing, just asked if I would use the safe and showed me where it was... I think the porters would have done better, but that's my opinion. The room does not deserve 5 stars. The parquet floor is worn with many marks, it looks dirty. The pool, on the other hand, is good and so is the staff. The breakfast is okay but you often have to repeat to be served... some are more efficient but I don't know their names. For example, the first day, breakfast went very well, the staff was very attentive. The hotel manager, on the other hand, does her job and greets all the guests and asks if everything is okay. I told her that the rooms were very expensive and she made a gesture on the final bill (about €40).

Excellent hotel - an oasis in our journey
Large comfortable room. Excellent comfortable bed, bedding. Quiet, clean, comfortable, cool - didn't want to leave the hotel 😊 A small health problem occurred - the staff was very responsive, providing a higher class room.

Only one desire to come back
The calm of this establishment with magnificent rooms and a large pool. Breakfast at will and delicious with a caring staff. And the geographical location is 10 minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna square

Everything was perfect! The staff is attentive and caring. Special mention to Amal at the kids' club, thanks to whom we will come back at the end of the year to please my 6-year-old daughter :)

- • The lifeguard cannot go into the water. In other hotels, this was perfectly possible
