Great hotel
It’s a well-managed hotel and everything is perfect. Good location but with a quiet room. Very clean and everything is tidy. A delightful welcome to guests and all staff very friendly and helpful, especially Jose who is always smiling and ready to help! We had a great time in this hotel and Puno!

Very large and cozy room and great location. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helps with any questions and concerns. They even booked us a tour on the lake late in the evening. We felt completely comfortable.
