The location is close to the center but quiet, spacious room. Above all, the staff. We had a serious family problem and they gave us all the facilities to help us. Thank you very much.

Great hotel
It’s a well-managed hotel and everything is perfect. Good location but with a quiet room. Very clean and everything is tidy. A delightful welcome for guests and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jose who is always smiling and ready to help! We had a great time at this hotel in Puno!
