- • Breakfast queue for 30 mins, very little choice, fry was cold & dried up unable to eat it, asked for coffee twice, milk was previous guests had to go again to ask for a fresh one. Grapes was the only fruit available. WHB in room was covered in hairline cracks, door handle and surround dirty.

- • Concierge service was awful. Tried to arrange for a week for a taxi back to our hotel after our wedding reception. There was a clear lack of response and poor communication ultimately led to us sorting ourselves out which was fine but to email us on our wedding day again asking for details for the taxi isn't acceptable. Windows in our room were dirty. We arrived to a welcome note and luggage in the room, neither of which were ours. No TV remote in the room. Some small and some bigger issues you wouldn't expect from a 5-star hotel at that price.
