Amazing high end Boutique hotel!
What a nice hotel! WOW! The hotel is very clean, and same for the room. The pool and gardens are very well maintained. I was there with my son for his first time in Rio, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. Everyone was so kind with us, always smiling and there to respond to our needs. Staff from the reception, at the restaurant, at the entrance, were all amazing!our dinner at Térèze was delicious. The hotel is perfectly located in Santa Teresa neighborhood, close to everything. Obrigado por todo! Eu volataria con certeza na proxima vez que estarei no Rio :) Martin

Can't recommend it enough.
We spent 6 days at the Santa Teresa hotel, and it was fantastic! All the staff were very helpful, transport was super easy, and the atmosphere was perfect. Alex at the pool bar gave incredible service, and not only remembered us the following day, but knew our room number and drink orders! He was very attentive, and helped keep the whole experience a memorable one. I highly recommend the Santa Teresa Hotel for anyone looking for that perfect stay in Rio.

Great experience
The hotel is beautiful, the location is outstanding. We feel we are in the real Brazil and the real Rio de Janeiro. The staff is so perfect, very nice and efficient in every moment. We liked every single minute in this hotel. We already miss it. Thank you very much to All.
