- • The lady at the front of house wasn’t very informative or nice Failed to tell us where pools were and that one of them was closed When our room was clean, none of the benches were wiped Concierge was very helpful when asking for information and different pillows

- • Even though staff fixed the issue parking our hire vehicle was a bit of hit and miss requiring several visits to the front desk to fix. Not a major issue just frustrating when the front desk was busy.
A great place to stay
The Concierge staff were very helpful. As was the check-in service. We had to wait till 4 for our room to be cleaned but she dealt with this very well.

- • We thought we had till 12 to depart. We got a message saying 11....so we rushed out to check out. Then found it was a generic message and we had until 12
