Everything was great. We were only there briefly and unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled.

- • The fire alarm went off at 8am and woke us up. The staff came to our room to check, just asked if there was an issue and left. No apologies or explanation for it, it ruined a bit the experience for us.
Jacob. The Concierge was the best part of our experience. He went out of the way to make every minute of our stay enjoyable. Nothing stopped him from going all out with our travel experiences and the tiniest of comforts that excelled despite my concierge experiences at The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carltons around the world. He was the true Brand Ambassador for The Rees Hotel.

The breakfast variety is not extensive, but it is filling. The main thing is that the breakfast environment is nice, you can leisurely have breakfast and enjoy the beautiful view. I have been vacationing in Queenstown for two consecutive years, always staying at The Rees.

They upgraded us to a very comfortable apartment. We could see that the view from the first level of hotel rooms is precisely the back part of the apartments where we stayed.

- • To access the room, you have to walk through the parking lot and they accumulate bags of dirty bed linen in plain view of the customer.
