- • The entire hotel is under renovation .... Rooms not maintained properly and without hot water !! very bad food !! managers who don't know how to manage at all !! .... everything is beyond criticism.

The hotel is great. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome at the entrance door. The staff at the reception always answered questions immediately. The bars make sure that drinks are served on time. The staff in the restaurant is very careful, quickly but unobtrusively removes dirty dishes. Very good selection of food. One person carefully cleans the floor all the time and it is always perfectly clean. People work quickly but without stress, which is very important. After Mardan Palace, we had another premium hotel booked in Belek. Mardan Palace is much better. We will go to Mardan Palace again next year.

Nice holiday in the off-season with deductions
Very nice, large complex with different areas; the staff was very attentive and dedicated; the food was very good in both the buffet restaurants and the à la carte restaurants and bistro; activities and areas for children were available in large numbers; wellness and spa area were also good

- • Almost constant noise in the room due to repair work (drilling, hammering, moving furniture, etc.); the whirlpool and hairdryer broke during the stay, so technical service had to come several times (the hairdryer sparked directly into my wife's hair); the hotel is aging, which is why repair/renovation work is necessary, but in my opinion, it must be ensured that guests are not disturbed

- • The daily room maintenance staff was slow and not diligent. Sometimes they didn’t make up the room and sometimes didn’t stock the minibar. The last 2 days the WiFi was not working throughout the facility. Some of the food dishes were mislabeled each day.
Dated hotel made worse by terrible customer service.

- • Very dated and clearly geared towards Russians - e.g., the karaoke was all Russian. You should make people aware of this. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. The pool is ice-cold (not joking) so even when it was 28 degrees C you couldn’t get in. The worst bit is the staff are so rude and unhelpful - they ruined our holiday. And you should know they ask for certain things in cash and offer discounts for payment in cash which sounded very odd to us - and a real worry. It didn’t feel right.

- • The Management is very rude. We tipped a lot and spent good money on extras, but a simple late checkout is not possible even though it was confirmed. So endless calls from reception. Annoying af.
