Great experience

The best vacation ever!!! The nicest people, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Everybody smiled, and this is something very important. The room was big, extra clean and had very good bath products. The food was great, the night show amazing, and the parties extra fun. We stayed at the pool every day, and the water was great. We are already planning the next vacation.

Amazing holiday

We stayed with our son and his family from 30th May for 6 nights. The hotel is luxurious and the service is outstanding. It was by far the best hotel we have ever visited. The staff are a credit to the hotel. We stayed in a double room with pool view (2022) which was beautiful. Our son and his family had a duplex apartment with a shared pool which was lovely and spacious, with an outside seating area that led to the pool. The food in the main buffet was amazing, with so much choice and beautifully presented. We only ate at 2 other restaurants, the food in the restaurant on the beach was outstanding, and the 24-hour bistro restaurant had a good choice on the menu and was ideal for our family. There was everything we wanted for the children, beach, pools, splash park, play area, and entertainment. We are already planning our return.

Incredible place, amazing people!!! Great food every single day, best cocktails... everything at the highest level. Great job, guys!!! See you next year!

Best hotel

Absolutely amazing Hotel. Everyone working hard to make your vacation wonderful. Please go to the pool bar and have a cocktail with Top barman Mr. Halinan. He will make you feel special.

Fantastic time at Mardan Palace

Mardan Palace truly deserves its name. Grand, glorious, luxurious. Amazing first impression. We arrived very late but we were greeted by polite staff making sure we are comfortable with anything we need. We had a family room as we traveled with 2 kids who had their own room connected to ours just by a sliding door. Beds, covers, pillows so soft and comfortable. Food. There were loads of food to choose from. If you want anything extra, a special way to do it, just ask. Fresh fruits, salads, butter yogurts. And obviously cakes! From traditional Turkish sweets to Oreo crumbles. Drinks as well, pretty much anything you can think of. Waiters' experience was mixed as I had an impression that some of them have just been trained to do their job. Some of them were naturally feeling at ease, some of them were not. I think working with guests who don't speak your language probably added to the discomfort. All I have to say is that all of them did their absolute best. One of the waitresses I'd like to mention is Ela who went above and beyond to make us feel like celebrities. Even if we didn't speak each other's language, we found ways to communicate and kids genuinely loved her. Pool is absolutely amazing and because of its size, there is always enough space for a big splash without disturbing others. Waiters and waitresses on skates can get you a drink or snack in no time. Always visible to ask for anything you would like to have. Thank you Aiperi, Tsac (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) and many others I just can remember... And there is a kids club. My kids went to the kids club quite late as they couldn't get enough of the pool and the sea so we didn't know how amazing it was until the last few days. All the girls are so good with the kids, having fun with them. Aidina, Anastasiia, Yulia, and many others I don't remember names (sorry ♥️) thank you very much girls. You're doing a fantastic job! Entertainment times were great too and good variety, from dancing, acrobatics, magic show to motorbike stunts, they left my daughter with her jaw on the floor with amazement. We were also guests in the private sitting area and our host was Ahmet. I have to say this guy is something else! So attentive, polite, funny and tried to guess our wishes before we knew what we needed! With a great performance on the stage, this was truly one of the best nights of our lives. Another superman there is Doğan. According to the legend, there's nothing he can't do 😉 There were slight hiccups with the room cleaning but Anastasiia, our guest assistant, solved it immediately and effectively. She was also updating us with every day performances activities and ready to answer any questions we could have. There is an army of fantastic people who work for your experience which are not as visible but without them none of this would be possible. And we would like to thank them too. All together we had an amazing 10 nights and definitely will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for having us ♥️

Fantastic stay at Marden Palace

My wife and myself visited Marden Palace for the second time in May. No complaints once again. Check-in very speedy. The room was lovely and cleaned very well daily. Main buffet restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of dishes and everything we tried was very good. We spent all our time at the beach which was very clean with plenty of beds, even though the hotel was very busy. We ate lunch at the beach restaurants every day with no complaints. Food was excellent. We spent all our evenings at the Mykonos beach bar. The staff were excellent and looked after us really well. Choice of beer is very good, Corona, bud, Millar, Becks, and cocktails excellent. As last year we had a fantastic time and hope to visit again next year, albeit we may be getting priced out of going to Turkey as compared with a few years ago the prices have increased significantly. Overall great stay and we highly recommend Marden Palace.

Positives: Huge thanks to Alper from customer relations. Had a room issue the first night, Alper sorted it swiftly and his service was fantastic! Thanks Alper! Amazing hotel - the size, decor, and facilities are the best we’ve experienced (having done Turkey before, and various all-inclusives across Europe). Also despite half term, not that busy, a nice level of busy. Food - the main buffet great, loads of choice. 24-hour Bistro with pizzas, burgers, and others. Daytime choices also Mexican, Italian, kebabs, burgers, loads of ice cream, and waffles. All very good quality. Had one meal in the Greek restaurant - great experience if you book a night with the dancing and plate smashing! We also see the positive in à la carte for all meals including all the lunch options, but buffet open anyway for smaller bites and picking bits. Drinks - brilliant, best we’ve seen. Premium beers and spirits everywhere. Kids club - really good, lots for our 6 and 8-year-old to engage with every day. Mini disco and kids evening entertainment good! Pools - great. Good temperature, absolutely huge! We had a lake house so private pool and bar too! Splash park really good. Perfect size for we’d say up to 10-12 years old. Entertainment - fantastic. Best shows we’ve seen in a hotel. Turkey just does this better than any other country we’ve been to, and Mardan tops any other we’ve seen for investment and quality. We likened it to watching the very good BGT auditions! After shows, it’s more well-invested entertainment until the early hours in the beach bar (well away from accommodation so won’t keep you awake). Arcade - a decent amount of things to do, especially tenpin bowling. And all included, no extra cost! Service - excellent throughout. Room kept very clean. Mini-fridge checked and topped up daily. Overall - brilliant hotel, highly recommend! Negatives (very minimal, probs best holiday we’ve had out of 6-7 all-inclusive breaks, and we’d 100% come back for another trip!): Smoking - allowed outdoors in the buffet and in entertainment during shows. Is what it is, usual for hotels and perhaps more common in Turkey. But that can be a bit frustrating, especially when sitting with small children. Onsite shops - avoid. Extremely expensive. Was going to buy a football for my son and I to play and it was 50 Euros for an average ball. Other small essentials very expensive too. Absolutely buy before travel! or public bus 15 mins to local shops. Doesn’t offer the same football space that Trendy Lara does next door (stayed there last year), but doesn’t really matter, the hotel has so much to do and it’s class across the board and a real step up in luxury.

American Family in Turkey?!?! Yes!

We had a restful experience at Mardan Palace. For Americans wishing to travel to Turkey with your family, friends, partner, solo - we felt at ease at Mardan Palace. The staff were remarkable and friendly. The location is a bit away from the main city Antalya, so if you’re hoping to see those parts of this remarkable country please keep that in mind. This can be arranged with planning and talking to hotel staff to accommodate travel. 3 full days simply was not enough. Our room was spectacular with a beautiful walk down to the beach every morning. The room was quiet and a great place to relax in between activities. You cannot get a better place for the family to explore either together or individually. We felt safe sending our teens around, making new friends from all parts of the world. Like any resort, the amenities are aplenty and the value is there. But if you do wish to have something a bit more, you’ll have to pay a bit more. This is to be expected. This has been the first resort I can say we all felt there was something for all of us. I couldn’t end this without mentioning our collective favorite resort hosts - the cats! They are so lovely and friendly. We had a special guest on our last night. Our table companion contributed to conversation and joy. Do note: there are no ATMs on site, you will have to walk next door but it’s such a beautiful 3-minute walk.

Incredible food and service!!!

Amazing hotel 2nd time here now and never disappoints the food and drinks are always incredible, and the entertainment phenomenal. Staff are always friends especially Etem and Azad. Thank you for Naz who was so helpful through the whole holiday experience. 10/10...see you again soon Mardan Palace

Lovely hotel, terrible customer service

I stayed at Mardan Palace for a week in mid-April after booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, the friend I was due to travel with broke her leg before the trip and was unable to travel. I canceled her reservation well in advance, and the hotel agreed to provide a partial refund at the beginning of April. It is now the end of May, and I am still waiting for that refund. To make matters worse, during the process, the hotel changed the agreed refund amount, claiming there had been a “miscalculation” on their part. This only added to the frustration and uncertainty surrounding the situation. For context, I originally made my booking when the hotel was operating under Titanic. Their team was responsive, professional, and quick to deal with both my booking and any queries I had. However, when Swandor took over, my original booking was canceled, and I was required to re-book. From that point onwards, the level of service dropped drastically. While I was staying at the hotel, I raised the issue with staff on-site, but they said there was little they could do other than chase the call center. They were unable to process the refund directly at the hotel. Communication throughout has been extremely poor. Responses to emails are slow, and at one point it took two weeks just to receive a reply. When I do receive a response, I am simply told that refunds take time to process, with no clear timeline or resolution provided. I specifically chose to book directly with the hotel because I expected it to be simpler and more efficient than using a third-party booking site, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. I have also requested several times for a manager to contact me regarding the matter, but no one has done so. While the hotel itself may be impressive, the customer service and handling of this issue have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend booking directly with them.
