- • The food is a bit disappointing, the menu is not very varied, almost the same menu repeats every day morning and evening, except for 2 or 3 dishes, otherwise it's copy-paste

- • One area that could be improved is the condition of the rooms. We appreciate the hotel’s beautiful classical style and the effort the team puts into maintaining it, but some areas are showing their age. The doors, walls, and wooden details would benefit from renovation and restoration. Although the rooms are clean, these signs of wear can affect the overall feeling of freshness and cleanliness. A thoughtful renovation while preserving the hotel’s classic character would make the experience truly exceptional.

Kids Club a great asset
Great kids club. Our son (4 yo) was here for 3 hours and had a great time. Allowed us adults to have a bit of quiet at the bar :) would definitely recommend

Delicious Fish Restaurant
Excellent food the best food in the resort. The Aqua Marine restaurant was a delight it is clear the chef loves food and cooking. The service from the team was great. Highly recommended!

Although it doesn’t have the best location for sightseeing outside its perimeter, it is still a great resort that offers great views and atmosphere, being huge and replicating parts of the great city of Istanbul. The room we stayed in (pool view) was in Ottoman style, clean, luxurious with a huge terrace and bathroom. Excellent value for money, the hotel is still in our personal top, along Barut Lara and Voyage Belek. International drinks, Starbucks, glass drinks, good food. Work of art sweets. The staff is professional and there are no tip boxes, but they can receive tips. We had the surprise to get back a tip of 2 euros being considered too small but it will not diminish our satisfaction with the service.
