- • Perhaps the location, and the lack of good public transportation connection to the city. But if you arrive from a flight and are going to catch another one, it's convenient due to the proximity to the airport.

- • The cold reception on the first day and being asked to pay as soon as I arrived. In any hotel, you pay when you check out. The bed distribution in the two rooms was not done properly. I requested one room with a double bed and another with three beds, and it was not like that. In the room that was for two people, they put two beds and in the triple room, a double bed and a sofa bed. It didn't seem very logical to me. It's the third time we've been to this hotel and honestly, I'm not sure if it will be my next choice.
