- • My stay was negatively affected by an unprofessional situation with reception. Early in the morning, while I was asleep, they called me saying the driver for a city tour I had “booked” was waiting downstairs. I explained that I had not booked any tour, but they insisted and even claimed my passport had been given to the tour company. I had to come down to reception, only to find out they had called the wrong room. Instead of a proper apology, they seemed annoyed by my frustration. Other negatives: the air conditioning was not working and only provided heating.

- • The hotel is generally very good but... Cleanliness is good but needs more attention, especially in the corridors. The furniture is old and needs renovation. The air conditioning in the room is hot and when I called reception about the issue, they said it is only hot in winter!!
