It's okay, but I wouldn't repeat it
I booked two sea-view rooms for me and my children for 10 days based on my previous experience with the hotel. Its location is very beautiful, close to the beach and Jawaher Mall, the restaurants in front of the mall, its proximity to the airport, and the breakfast is very good. This is my fourth time staying here, and to be honest, each time its standard decreases from the previous one. It was initially beautiful and clean, and the hotel staff's care was evident. Unfortunately, this time it felt like we were a burden on them or as if we were staying for free! Except for the breakfast staff, they were polite and helpful. I hope the hotel management takes note of this.

The breakfast was good but not varied, there was a lack of space at the tables, slow table cleaning, and the worst part was that right at the end time, within seconds, the supervisor in an ugly grey suit would quickly close the breakfast and rush the workers to leave everything and clear the spoons before the plates with carts. This was noticed as a negative aspect. It is common hotel practice to ask guests or inform them to finish their meals or allow a few minutes after the end time. 2. The room furniture is old and needs renovation, there are stains on the carpet, and I informed reception, and they said all rooms are the same. There is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules for it, only for decoration. 3. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans to remove the smell. 4. I requested room cleaning, and the response was very poor. Every time they clean the room, they provide me with torn towels. I informed reception, and they said it's a general problem. 5. There are no children's games in the garden. 6. Wedding parties' noise, especially for rooms overlooking the sea
