- • The shower is a large plate but there is low water pressure. It was not a good experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable not only in the hotel, but in the city as a whole and were always there to answer any questions or help. Extra thank you to Ester and Juan who were the friendliest and kindest staff I have had at a hotel, from helping me plan a safe jogging route to restaurant recommendations and just being a friendly face to walk past every morning!

- • Breakfast buffet was fine, but smaller/less options than most similarly priced hotels I had stayed at in Peru.
Nice location and spacious rooms
This was a very nice hotel, the rooms were very spacious and the location was very good. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful with all requests. The hotel was clean but the room could use some updating. Sink was, for example, getting clogged and difficult to get the right temperature on the shower. Food at breakfast and restaurant was ok not much more than that but there are many nice restaurants in the area.
