Excellent staff, good value for money.
Casa Andina Nazca is a good hotel, although it lacks outstanding features in terms of services and amenities. The staff, however, were exceptional—all very friendly and attentive—especially Daniel and Fabian, who were incredibly warm and kind to us; they allowed a flexible check-out and gave us plenty of helpful advice about the city and our travel arrangements.

- • There wasn't anything I didn't like. I just think the hotel could update its facilities—machinery next to our room disturbed our sleep a bit at night, but nothing major.
Would recommend.
We only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was nice. The staff were very helpful, including Jose who checked us in. Baggage storage was an added bonus. Would recommend.

Huge room carefully decorated in Andean style. Well-maintained structure with a large Amazonian-style atrium. Friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't have breakfast due to a morning excursion flying over the Nazca lines.

Great central location with a nice courtyard, but let down by hard beds and noisy nights.
Great central location within walking distance of the main plazas, supermarkets, and the Planetarium. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and drinks, the on-site restaurant was convenient, and the room was spacious. The central courtyard with trees and seating is also a nice area to relax.

- • The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and loud music played into the early morning with poor soundproofing. We were given a room on the top floor, far from reception, which made carrying luggage difficult. Additionally, room key cards cut off power instantly when removed, and unlike other hotels in Peru, bottled water costs an extra 5 soles.

- • The buffet breakfast didn't have much variety, and regarding the TV, it wasn't possible to access platforms like Netflix.
Simplicity of the interiors.
Convenient location for those arriving by bus at the Cruz del Sur land terminal: the hotel is reachable on foot in a few minutes. Abundant breakfast served from 06:00. It is possible to use the common areas after check-out.
