A great stay in Toronto
A great hotel in a prime location. Many things are within walking distance. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is very polite and accommodating. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended as a hotel.

The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was king-sized and comfortable. Amazing location for a Jays Game, dinner at Le Select Bistro, and walking to Union Station. Excellent.

Comfortable room downtown
Location was good for me. Z in the bar was super nice and made good drinks. The food in the restaurant was also good.

Top hotel, we were just greeted very unfriendly. Otherwise, the hotel is really great!
The rooms are super great! The breakfast is super great and delicious! The location is truly fantastic! Around the corner, there is a super delicious Italian restaurant.

- • When checking in, our room was not ready at 3:50 PM, our check-in time was 3 PM! (It can happen, no big deal) We have 2 kids who were very tired coming from the airport. We were told that everything would be ready in 10 minutes. At 4:20, I asked again as the kids were restless and tired. I was very rudely told that my parents already have a room and we can go there. And I should just wait until it's ready. 2 staff members then talked about us in front of us, rolled their eyes, etc. I was very polite, explained that everyone was tired, and was told 10 minutes, but it was already 40. They could have offered us something to drink or apologize or anything, but this attitude was really a shame and spoiled the whole experience!
