Dream Hotel in Beijing
This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and everything is always perfect. The staff, from reception, to the shops, to those at breakfast, the valet hunters to the chambermaids, the work is perfect and done with a smile, professionalism, and kindness. Especially the one who took care of making my room every day, Mrs. LINGMEI LI, who took great care of my son and me. The rooms are huge, equipped with everything, 6 bottles of water constantly, a magnificent view, and the metro 50 meters away, hearty breakfast. Perfection. No or impossible is not part of this hotel's language, everything is done to pamper the customer.
