Good structure, staff available. Close to public transport.
Small rooms, but it's normal for Singapore. Metro 5 minutes away. From Marina Bay, take Bus 100 to Ibis Hotel in 15 minutes. Cleaning is okay.

I spent only 15 hours in the hotel so there isn't much to comment on. Front desk wasn't too helpful, poor customer service.
I was given a bigger room because I was transferred to this hotel.

- • Communication issues. I booked another ibis hotel and was informed a month ahead that my booking would be transferred here due to renovation. Since then, I have been unable to communicate through booking.com or WhatsApp. I just want to confirm the exact address but failed.
