- • Nothing. Just 1 or 2 extra square meters would be great in a room for 3 people.
The location in Singapore, a few minutes walk from the metro, was ideal. Many small restaurants are also nearby as well as many durian vendors. The air conditioning works very well as well as the hot water.

- • The guests are not respectful. I was on the floor with many guests who had booked several rooms and who made noise until after 4 am. Unfortunately, impossible to sleep. The door of the 1st room did not lock properly. So I had to change rooms. Finally, the hygiene of the sheets was not optimal.
Actually, I was married at Joo Chiat due to the temporary closure of Sapphire but I found it very good. I really liked the Joo Chiat area. Even the transfers (bus 33 on the way or 16 on the way back because more frequent in the evening up to Dakota Mrt stop then Circle Line Mrt) were simple and fast

- • It is understandable from a cost perspective that there are no water bottles because tap water is drinkable, but it would have been good to have a water server available for guests to use at the reception, etc.

- • The location in a noisy and unclean area that did not offer services or security. The structure is at the limits of essentiality. Non-silent rooms, both due to lack of soundproofing and structural problems. Cleaning at the limits of acceptability.

The girl at the reception was very helpful. Drinking water from the dispenser for guests. Free luggage storage. Hairdryer available. Comfortable beds. Not central but well connected location.

- • Unacceptable cleanliness. Rooms are too small, impossible to stay for more than two nights. Soap is missing in the bathroom (you have to use shampoo/shower gel) and the necessary spaces for toiletry bags. Attention: the windows are closed and cannot be opened. No soundproofing. Not a very nice neighborhood (impossible to find a coffee maker nearby, but connected to the center by bus).
