- • We booked the hotel without any problem and more than 4 months in advance. The day we arrived, at 9 pm, it turns out that the hotel was closed due to building renovation. Nobody informed us and we were left stranded without any information or help from anyone.

- • They changed our hotel a few weeks before because they decided to do construction in the one we chose. This one was dirty, had bugs in the room, at 06:00 am the staff decided to start shouting in the hallways, the hot water is turned on with a button and since no one told us anything the first day, you shower with cold water…
