- • I had belongings stolen from the courtyard. When I raised this with the front desk they ‘looked’ for them for all of 10 seconds. I was dismissed fairly quickly with no further action. The property also charged my credit card twice for a 1 night stay and are now ignoring my emails (4 of them so far) about rectifying this.

- • Pity about the breakfast staff. I appreciate the staff. Excellent breakfast. First breakfast at 05.00 there was no one. Second breakfast at 6.00 there were 4 people, all outside where you entered. Inside, tables were cleared but not cleaned, dirty dishes in a well-visible corner. When a customer complained that there were no eggs, they all sprang into action. Pity. Third breakfast at 8.30 there must have been 10/15 people, you couldn't finish eating before they took your plate away. Otherwise absolutely no negative notes
Excellent hotel.
The hotel is within walking distance of the main square of the old city in Cusco. It's a great location. The room was large and spacious. Although the hotel is in an old building, it has been completely renovated and all facilities are modern and of a high standard. Excellent breakfast and a dedicated and friendly staff that helps with everything needed. I had a wonderful stay.
