A little stressful

- • When I made the reservation on booking.com, I liked what I saw on the site but once I arrived at the hotel, they put me in the basement in a room with a small cellar window. It was clean and nice and small but not what booking.com showed on their site, my wife is claustrophobic and it was not possible to keep this cellar room, they did not want to cancel. And I would have had to leave the hotel without being reimbursed but fortunately they found a room in the same building next to the main hotel which was better than the basement but not what you publish on booking.com. I saw on my credit card that they adjusted the price... I am grateful for this gesture, Thank you! But I believe for the future you should warn customers so that their stay is pleasant, I want to thank Sheriff for listening to me and also understanding our point of view the next day when we were leaving.

- • The room had no window. The TV was poorly placed in the room. It was noisy. Young people were running and shouting in the corridor. There was no more parking for the car even though it was included with the room. I did not like this place.
