Worst experience with Grand Hyatt. Not worth it.
It is a very old property with stains and uncleaned patches everywhere. The room design is pathetic. You have to struggle to use the washroom. It is like a puzzle. Very small rooms with overpriced value. Would never recommend to anyone. Need to take 2 lifts to reach your room. First, you go up to the 22nd floor to reach the reception and then walk to the next lift and go down. People at the reception don't understand English. It was crazy. At the ground floor entrance, they have literally made a store at the counter with heaps of goods there. Stains on glasses on the facade. Not recommended.

Great stay, but the shower needs updating.
The location, environment, and staff are all great, especially considering the price. However, the hotel is starting to feel outdated, and the bathroom definitely needs renovation. Overall, it’s still a very good hotel. I’ve been staying here for years for my business trips, a couple of times each year, and would still recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location and a great breakfast. Good service.
It has an excellent location in the TIANJIN district with a lot of activity around, comfortable hotel with all services and a very good breakfast.

- • The hotel's internet connection works okay. Being a hotel built several years ago, they could update the rooms, improve mattresses, and do some paint maintenance and room details. Personally, I really like the hotel and would like to continue visiting.
Don’t choose this hotel!
China Grand Hyatt hotels are very different. Don’t expect too much! But I stayed at Xiamen Hyatt Regency, which is better than this Grand! Maybe the problem is the hotel, not Hyatt.
