Fair Enough, Good value for money.
The hospitality is amazing, i would like to thank Mr/Mohamed at the reception for his polite attitude, and professionalism. also his teammate at the afternoon shift I didn’t focus on his name but they were well educated guys.

- • I was disappointed by the inconsistency in service. The room service experience was not up to the expected standard, and it felt like guests were being treated differently. Hospitality should be based on equal respect and attention for all guests, regardless of who they are. The staff would benefit from additional training to ensure every guest receives the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and service throughout their stay.
We made a room reservation through Booking, but when we arrived, an extra charge was requested, and the behavior of the person was not pleasant.

- • The reception staff, their meals, the absence of sockets near the bed in the rooms, the lack of a kettle

- • The beach was very bad, and some of the staff were racist.
It started from the first day at the reception, they said I had no reservations, and the operator said I have 2 reservations because the hotel and the deal I booked are for Israelis, and from here the mess started and the bad treatment I received, and the shouting from the receptionist, and they spoke with Booking from the hotel, and despite that, he wanted to confirm the reservations, and then the Booking girl canceled the reservations because they would refund me the money, and then I had to pay $840 in cash. Booking says the deal of the reservations is correct through us and we have confirmation through us, but it is from a partner company, even though the girl explained it to the hotel, it is not their concern. I booked 2 new rooms again, and it caused mental distress and upset to a company like Booking that did not handle the case at all.

- • In the nearby waters, I filed a small complaint against Booking for the case they received money for no service. There is a document from the hotel about the case and a receipt for the new payment and all the old words of the reservations with their numbers
