- • Cleaning quality is very poor. After check-in, it turned out that the bed was made with an old, worn-out sheet that had holes. The pool was not working (although it was stated in the description that it is open until the end of September). Nowhere in the hotel description does it mention that there is no access to city beaches nearby (on Google Maps, the coastline is marked as a continuous accessible beach).

The service was amazing, thank you to Amnon the CEO and Sonia the breakfast room manager, there is no service like this!!! I came with a child allergic to milk and they handled it amazingly, they were attentive to everything!!!! Thank you. Definitely coming back
