Relaxing
Unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The location is absolutely beautiful, the resort is very clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was seeing the six monkeys that occasionally came to our terrace to say hello – a unique and unforgettable experience!

- • Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Every time we wanted to order something from the menu, we were told it was unavailable. It was frustrating to have such limited choices. The food and drinks are also quite expensive for what you receive, which may explain why the restaurant was almost empty during our visit. Another disappointment was that no complimentary transportation was offered. We had to pay 900 PHP for a transfer to our next destination, which made the overall experience even more expensive. The staff were friendly, but overall the experience did not meet our expectations. I hope the restaurant improves its menu availability and offers better value for money.

The room was spacious. the place is relaxing. I love the view. My kids enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast isn't bad either because it changes the next day. Staff is very accommodating too. especially in reception.

- • too many insects, me and my kids been bitten by mosquitoes. I ask if they can give me 4 towel as I booked for 4 person. They didn't give me. I ordered food in the room. Sinigang. They clean the room but didn't remove it. So it's start to smell. The next day the food still there that it started to smell the room. I have to leave a note for them to remove it. You might need to have more option for coffee milk. Like Oat and Almond Milk.

It was beautiful and I hope they improve the restaurant.
Quiet, clean, tidy, great facilities, friendly staff, and the ATV rental process even reached the lobby.

- • The restaurant does not have a breakfast buffet, there were limited dishes to order, so for two days of the stay, I had to go out in the morning for breakfast at a restaurant outside the hotel.

- • The bathroom needs renovation, but has everything you need and is very clean If there aren't enough guests in the hotel, the buffet breakfast changes to à la carte breakfast (which is understandable of course) Quite far from station 2 (but there's a shuttle service that drives on a set schedule)
