Beautiful view from the room, fixed a malfunction immediately. We received the floor we asked for, a shame about the laundry

- • Lack of shade in the pool, there was a malfunction in the bathrooms, the air conditioner doesn't cool well, cleanliness of linens, room not renovated.
Friendly staff, very nice that for an additional token you can buy a spa voucher for Leonardo Plaza. People are pleasant, investing two meals not bad at all

Don't come close to this filthy place
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and a great dinner buffet. The shower has great water pressure. And that's where the good things end. Extremely poorly maintained, unmotivated staff, unfriendly manager, dirty and dark hallways. The restaurant opens for dinner at 6:30 PM and the tables are only cleaned after 8:30 PM. It is extremely unpleasant to arrive at 7:15 PM and only find two clean tables, the rest with dirty dishes, full of leftovers. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my enemies (if there are any). And I don't know how the famous Leonardo chain allows this filth to use the name of such a great hotel chain.
