It costs over 20,000 TWD for one night, surprisingly not equipped with a smart toilet. Not very satisfied with the room arrangement and the whole process by the front desk staff. Gave a tip but the room delivery was so slow.

- • Booked two rooms but when checking in, one was ready while the other had to wait for over an hour due to other arrangements. Finally got the room close to 10 pm, with mold spots on the anti-slip mat inside the room
One of the best hotels in Hong Kong, highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room
Great service for the friendly front desk staff Fiona who assisted me for the check-in. She is very nice and always with a smile, appreciated for taking me to the room after check-in. The room is tidy and clean, got everything I need. Would be great to have a bigger bathing tub. The view of my room is not bad, mainly facing the swimming pool and some harbour view.

Service and location
The location is next to the TST MTR and K11 MUSE shopping mall and the service is also very good. Hope to have the next stay in Regent
