An extraordinary stay — true luxury and exceptional service
Our stay at the Regent Hong Kong was simply spectacular. We have stayed in many wonderful hotels around the world, but the level of service we experienced here is something we genuinely cannot remember having experienced before. Not a single detail was overlooked. Not one. The team was constantly anticipating our needs, often before we even had the chance to think of them ourselves. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond. We arrived early and the team made every effort to have our room ready for us by 11:00 am. We were also delighted with an upgrade to a Harbour View room, and the view was simply breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over Victoria Harbour was unforgettable. But what truly made this stay extraordinary were the little things. Every evening there was another thoughtful detail waiting for us in the room — small gestures that made us smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was fantastic, with an unbeatable view over the harbour, but even that almost feels secondary to what really sets this hotel apart: its people. The service was flawless. Warm, discreet, incredibly attentive and yet never intrusive. There was a genuine sense that the entire team wanted us to have the best possible experience, and they succeeded completely. We came to Hong Kong to celebrate and the Regent made the occasion feel even more special. We felt looked after in a way we haven’t experienced for a long time. This is luxury at its highest level — not simply because of the beautiful surroundings, but because of the extraordinary human touch behind them. To the entire Regent Hong Kong team: thank you. From the front desk to housekeeping, breakfast, concierge and every person who looked after us during our stay, please know that your work made a real impression on us. Exceeded all expectations
From the moment we arrived and were escorted to the Regent Club, the stay was exemplary. Amazing upgrade provided to a corner room with harbour views, and the exceptional daily service from Daniel, Grace and the Regent Club team every day just added to the experience. Location and views are second to none and we will certainly be back again, could not recommend highly enough.

Amazing experience
It was so incredibile staying in this hotel, the location is perfect, the atmosphere really nice and also during the evening there’s some live jazz music!

More Than Just a Beautiful Harbour View
I had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank the hotel for making it such a memorable experience. I would especially like to thank the hotel for accommodating my request and generously upgrading me to a Victoria Harbour View Suite. The view was absolutely beautiful . Waking up and seeing Victoria Harbour from the room was one of my favourite parts of the stay. All the staff I encountered were incredibly kind, warm and attentive. Both at check-in and check-out, the front desk team took the time to send me their best wishes for my work anniversary, I felt very grateful. These small gestures made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The suite itself was spacious, bright and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I really loved the in-room amenities and toiletries.，and housekeeping did an excellent job every day Looking back, it was the combination of the beautiful room, the amazing view, and the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that made this stay so memorable for me. I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout my visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a happy one,and I can already see myself coming back to the hotel on my next trip to Hong Kong. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Breathtaking view
My newly fiancée and I just got an amazing experience at the Regent for our first trip to Hong Kong. The staff was incredible before and during our stay. They have helped me finding some nice places to do my proposal. The room with the harbour view was breathtaking. If you are hesitating between other luxury hotel around I recommend you selecting the Regent. Great location, great view, great service and great experience

Full 5-star facilities, service and location - very hard to criticise anything about this property. Rooms are really cool and I think newly refurbished. Service is full upper 5-star (they cannot do enough for you) with full English spoken. Location is perfect and right on the shore (at the Avenue of the Stars) overlooking the whole Hong Kong island vista. Very hard to be able to criticise this property.

Fantastic hotel!
Really great hotel - The room was immaculate and I really liked the styling and amenities provided. The vibe in the lobby was excellent, with live music. The food in the lobby was excellent and we also went to Nobu.. the lychee martini was AMAZING! The location was perfect, with great views of the harbour and lots of things to do within waking distance. Staff were amazing with any questions our queries that we had! Great service! Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Hong Kong.

Five stars front-row seats to Victoria Harbour
Regent Hong Kong is fundamentally a view-led luxury hotel and what a view it is. The rooms, service and food are all excellent, but the real star is its position directly on Victoria Harbour, facing the Hong Kong Island skyline. From our Club Harbour View room, we watched the city move effortlessly from daylight to sunset and then into its glittering night-time performance without leaving the sofa/bed. Club-level arrival made an immediate difference. We were escorted upstairs for a calm, seated check-in, avoiding the crowds and general buzz of the ground floor. We were also generously upgraded to a spacious corner suite with panoramic harbour views. The only catch? The bathroom sits at the glass-wrapped corner of the suite, within enthusiastic viewing distance of K11 MUSEA and Rosewood’s gym. Lower the blinds unless you intend to become part of the Hong Kong skyline experience. The television was also positioned at a slightly peculiar angle, better suited to admiring the window than being watched from the sofa. The redesigned rooms are elegant and restrained: pale oak, soft carpets, textured walls, concealed storage and lighting inspired by the movement of water. Technology is reassuringly current, with USB-A, USB-C and international sockets, electric blinds and intuitive lighting controls. Perricone MD toiletries, plentiful bottled water, local snacks, soft drinks and precise twice-daily housekeeping added to the sense of polish. Turndown service was particularly thoughtful, including sleep aids such as an eye mask. The Regent Club was exceptional. Breakfast combined an excellent buffet with made-to-order dishes, followed by refreshments, afternoon tea, cocktails and a substantial evening spread of high-quality hot and cold food. The team quickly learned our names and preferences, making the service feel genuinely personal rather than mechanically attentive. Requests can be sent through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or WeChat, although a dedicated Regent app would make the experience even more seamless. A slightly earlier opening than 7 a.m. would also benefit early risers. Location is another major advantage. K11 MUSEA is directly adjacent and accessible indoors, while East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations are easily reached either through the mall or via the staircase outside. Regent Hong Kong has simply one of the world’s great skylines outside your window and delivers the service, comfort and food to match.
