Hot tub and pool we’re good. Steam room smelt it a little musty. Sauna not working. No free continental breakfast.

Horrible service for guests and parking. They host Brampton weddings everyday leaving hotel guests with no where to park.

The staff is impeccable. I was having a bad day due to having my vehicle being hit while parked and I was inadvertently rude to them. They remained highly professional, considerate, respectful and me find a safer parking spot in front of the hotel for my peace of mind. They are all great professional individuals that go above and beyond to make their guests stays as comfortable as possible. Thank you to them all.

Dirty towels, shower nob broken, tvs extremely old and remote not working, hot water took forever, noise from hall wouldn’t stop in the morning, stains on the chair, terrible experience for an executive suite. Didn’t utilize the hotel at all due to this, got my sleep and left.
