Father’s Day weekend
We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Orlando! The newly renovated pool and bar area are absolutely beautiful and create an amazing resort atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for Father’s Day for the past three years, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay. We did have a misunderstanding regarding our cabana charges, but I want to specifically thank Emily from the management team. She handled the situation professionally, followed up with me, and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Great customer service like that makes all the difference. The hotel is conveniently connected to the Ritz-Carlton, where friends of ours were staying, making it easy to enjoy the entire property together. My daughter had an incredible time at the pool, and there was plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to play golf because the course was under renovation, but that’s just another reason to come back. I highly recommend the JW Marriott to anyone visiting the Orlando area. Beautiful property, outstanding amenities, and a team that truly cares about its guests. We’ll definitely be back!

An Amazing Father’s Day Getaway or Exceptional Stay at Grande Lakes
The JW Marriott at Grande Lakes is phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. They had beer for dads and cider for lads at check in, with chocolate cigars. They had so many special activities throughout the day. Dj at the beautiful pool, hilarious employees in USA jackets got into the pool and were dancing! That was really fun, fire dancers, amazing fireworks show, kayak rentals. The property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and there was so much to do without ever leaving the resort. It made for a perfect Father’s Day getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.
