Outstanding with family
We stayed in the Villa with family, it was great experience. Personal pool was outstanding. It was home out of home. Atmosphere was great, you can easily roam around and find nice place to eat. Beach is in walkable distance. Nearby Monorail makes travel in th island Great free of cost, nearest station is at few minutes walk.

- • Interconnection mostly to reach restaurant from the villa was a little difficult especially when raining and when atmosphere is Humid. Personal pool was a little deep. It might be unsafe especially with children or when you are drinking.

- • i went there thinking that it was probably going to be a relaxing stay from the pictures i saw on booking.com and when i arrived everything seemed fine however things got worse the more time i spent in the room. firstly the service was horrible. the first time i called room service and asked for a bucket of ice they said they’ll send it immediately however 30 minutes went by and the ice didn’t come and i thought they must be busy, however our room service food came before and we had to call them again then they brought the ice. after that i ordered two complimentary pillows online and it reflected on the website that i needed to pay $50 so i called the receiption to cancel it as i thought it was free. i was baffled when the receptionist was so rude and being so sarcastic to me even though it was a valid mistake? then after that they said they’ll send me the pillows but we waited for almost an hour and it didnt come so we ignored it cause we didnt want to bother them anymore as it happened twice. the amenities and facilities in the room are not the best as well. For a five star hotel, why is the wine glasses made out of plastic? And also the toilet smelled soooo bad like the sewage i couldn’t even manage to go through a full shower. the bathtub was horrible as well as the bottom was scratched up and the bath experience was super horrible. i paid $500 for this night and wanted to spend my anniversary with my partner however it ruined everything and honestly i wasted my money and im just super pissed off and if i had one wish i wish we could be compensated with another stay cause like that may be the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.
