The room is spacious with bed comfort just right and clean. The carpet which is recently installed is soft and comfortable giving the hallway a bright and calm atmosphere.

Very good experience in Malacca.
Clean and spacious room. We were lucky to have sea views. Quiet hotel, a bit away from the hustle and bustle (10 min walk) Very friendly staff. Great pool, and the gym is small but has all kinds of machines.

The breakfast is the best with many delicious options.
Before we came to Melaka, we liked to stay at Hotel Mahkota but now the hotel is closed. So this is our first time staying at Hotel Holiday. Everything is good, everyone is friendly. Even the owner of the mini mart inside is friendly, we will come again next time. We got a room with a sea view, it's okay for us to celebrate our 29th anniversary. The mood is happy, like newlyweds.

- • Just a little disappointed because we didn't know about the spa there, can't walk in. Really wanted to set the mood for our 29th anniversary. Maybe next time for our 30th anniversary.
Despite that shortcoming regarding the key card, all in all, it was a memorable, happy stay for us.
Breakfast, choice of foods available, and cleanliness matched my high expectations.

- • The key card to room 506 was not functioning smoothly. The lock was repaired once, but the cards remained troublesome. On one occasion, after my meeting, I had to telephone my wife from the front desk, and ask her to come down with her card, enabling me to reach the 5th floor.

- • The hotel should ask the council to put a set of traffic lights or zebra crossings from the hotel to the shopping centre. As that is a busy road and it’s very difficult to cross the road if you are older.
We were very happy as it was a memorable first stay with our newborn. Staff has been understanding to our needs and helped us along the way while we were managing our little one. Thank you guys. It was a pleasant and amazing stay indeed.
