- • The disappointing part is that the hotel does not have Netflix, YouTube or smart TV unlike other newer hotels. This is the main reason that would discourage me from coming again to this hotel.
Very satisfying and will come back if have the chance.

- • 1 : When I arrived. My room is not ready for 3 people as per booking. I have to tell them my booking status. 2: I'm booking for 3 people with an extra double bed but they only give me a room for 3 people with an extra single bed. Not value for money.

- • The lift service, it's quite slow to accommodate a large number of people especially on eve season
