I couldn't stay because there was room for me even though I had a reservation.

- • I booked with that hotel specifically because I was bringing a pet. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my dog and I was told they would have a room available. When I arrived, there was no room for me. It was end of a long day. I'm extremely unhappy and will not be staying in that hotel again.
