- • In our experience, the reception could be improved. As we arrived, there was no one downstairs to welcome us. The spa closing at 7:30 pm is too early, especially in the summer when there is light until late. The room (double room with spa access) in our opinion, for a 5-star, is a bit small and the spaces are very limited, especially the wardrobe area, and there is little light. In our view, clearer signage could be introduced to reach the services. Overall, it is truly a beautiful place and we will definitely return!

- • Everything was there and everyone is doing their job, but there was no enthusiasm among the staff, especially at the reception and in the spa. Everything has a cold business-like appearance. Upon arrival, you have to look for the reception, no one welcomes you or speaks to you. Oh yes, a guest and then they start working, too bad, otherwise everything was fine.
I can't wait to return!
