Excellent choice!
I have stayed at the hotel several times. Everything is good: facilities, location, service, structure, breakfast, restaurants, in short, there is no way not to be happy staying at Serhs!

Excellent service; excellent all 3 meals, both in self-service restaurants and in a la carte restaurants. I was attended to in the request for 2 single beds for the side sea view room. Very pleasant place, peaceful!

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The facilities are beautiful, the food is good, the staff is attentive, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. However, there was an episode that negatively marked me and that I believe is important to mention. I will point out what I did not like.

- • However, there was a very sad episode that negatively marked our stay. I witnessed a baby getting sick, and it was a desperate situation for the parents and distressing for everyone around. From what I could see, there was no nurse, paramedic, or rescuer available to provide first aid, and some guests present ended up helping. I also felt the lack of faster assistance from the resort at that moment. After that incident, we and many other guests lost the mood to continue enjoying the rest of the day, as the situation was very emotionally impactful. Despite having liked the resort in various aspects, I believe that an establishment of this size should have qualified professionals or an efficient emergency protocol to offer immediate support in situations like this. I leave this observation as a suggestion for improvement, as safety and emergency care are as important as the comfort and leisure offered to guests.
