A good stay by the river, but with many areas to improve.
The staff in general were very helpful. Hot water 24/24h. Well-attended hotel with an excellent view. Reception staff very friendly.

- • Degraded rooms, need repairs. During my stay, I was confronted in the corridors by some hotel staff (they looked like security guards), asking me for money for no reason, to which they were quite insistent. I didn't give any money and they got upset when I said I had no reason to give. Beds with insects!!!
