Considering the craziness of DC traffic, it was a relief to come to the Fairfield and the easy access was wonderful. The room was nice, comfortable and I slept the best! I was so surprised there was a parking lot but that's also my complaint. I had to pay to park on a parking lot right beside the hotel built the same as others next to each other on the same property! It's the same as all hotels you stay at with parking included. But not here! Just a heads up.

Katrina was very helpful during my check in. The hotel is nice and clean. The dining hall is not big enough to accommodate many guests at a time and breakfast was Ok.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very kind and considerate. But they charged me 20.00 a day, plus tax, for parking. I wasn't told this upon checking in. Tbh if I'd have known this beforehand, I would have just used Uber. I am going to be spending a lot of time in DC over the next year. I wouldn't stay here again. The area surrounding this place is very questionable.
