- • We stayed there a few weeks ago and their elevator was broken. They did have a first-floor room, however, as we are handicapped. This time I requested a handicapped room, and when I arrived, they had none. They wanted us on the 2nd floor with the elevator still broken. There were no other local rooms available, so we had to take it. The room stayed hot all night, and the bed was terrible.

- • Everything related to the room and the facility! Not clean, the toilet seat was awful, bed was extremely uncomfortable, we didn't get a good night's sleep!
