- • Very poor check in experience. Coordination between booking.com and hotel is pathetic. Resulted in demand of additional money at hotel and denial of breakfast. Very poor behaviour of check in staff and check in manager especially with the family. Was embarrassed time and again for giving extra money for no reason.
