The hotel is huge, offering plenty of options and lots of on-site shops. The room is very spacious and well-equipped with great amenities.

- • For a hotel that claims to be five stars, The Venetian was quite disappointing. The most frustrating part was having to wait two hours just to check into our room. For a property with so many rooms, a two-hour wait is completely unacceptable. On top of that, everything comes with an extra charge, even the bottled water in the room.
Room was huge and had all amenities expected (except for Q-tips in the bathroom).

- • Housekeeping arrived relatively late in the afternoon. Would have preferred in the morning while I was out.

The hotel room was very good, comfortable, clean, and plenty of space.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay with the exception of minor fixes that can be reached hopefully in the future.
Very nice property security was very nice and helpful; the front desk clerk had a rude attitude.

- • I didn’t like that for as much money that I was charged it didn’t have a microwave in the room or a refrigerator with complimentary water bottles. At least?! The phones didn’t work in the room except for one that only worked by speakerphone. I didn’t like the fact that we had to walk to the next hotel to find a place to buy food in the early morning. I didn’t like that they didn’t offer a ride to the airport.
