Excellent choice
The Shangri-La in Xi'an has fully met our expectations. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour buffet were very extensive and we enjoyed them very much. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff, some of whom also speak good English. A special thanks to Emma Wan, Judy, and Drama, who made our stay very pleasant.

A very perfect experience
The overall experience of the hotel is very good. The doorman at the entrance promptly helped me with my luggage, the front desk was welcoming, the staff at the deluxe pavilion provided meticulous service. I will come back again next time.
