- • The check in by stuff on duty( male) , he could find 100% prepayment reservation and gave a hard time to my wife! Even I was writing in advance all details: Name the of the person and has showed him on print paper reservation status, even after she help him to find his n the Hotel system he was trying to give her hard time to check in. It is NOT first time in this Hotel we stay and Ritz Carlton ( Shanghai, Astana etc)!

I want to separately thank Kole at the reception, for being very attentive to us, taking into account our preferences, for the individual approach ❤️ Staying not for the first time, always excellent service, delicious breakfast! If you will swim in the pool, you need to take swimming caps with you

- • It's time to fix the ventilation systems and change the coverings, it smells strongly, not just musty, but like mushrooms already
