The pool is a plus, open until 9pm. The staff is nice and helpful. The location of the establishment is perfect. It remains quiet but close to everything.

- • I had sent an email to the establishment to ask if we could arrive earlier at 9am instead of 2pm. The establishment replied yes without giving me more details. Upon arrival, I was asked for an additional 500 baht (I would have appreciated having it in the email as well). The young woman at the reception did not try to communicate with me to understand or even look for the email I was talking about... And when I showed her the email in French (received) to indicate that it was okay from their side, she did not want to make an effort... So the arrival for this stay already set the tone... Caught up by the evening team, a very nice man.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were lovely.

The room was comfortable and had a view of the hill. The location is good. The staff with good attention.

I would not book it again because of the breakfast.

- • Upon arrival, no way to pay with a credit card. You have to go to the ATM to withdraw money... No hot water (later fixed).
