- • No air conditioning. This should have been clearly stated in the booking information, especially during the summer. We were not informed about all the benefits included with our booking, such as the city discount. The elevator is very old and unsafe. We actually got stuck in it once during our stay.

- • I am a frequent visitor to the hotel but this time my experience was bad. My room was with air conditioning in the casino building and there were maintenance works in the same corridor as the room. They worked at 9 AM, I couldn't sleep well throughout my stay. They should have closed the building under maintenance as they were drilling and excavating next to the room! Room service staff opened the door without permission daily at 8 AM despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The reception staff did not respond to the car retrieval service as I waited for a full hour in the lobby for them to bring the car, and in the end, I brought it myself. Check-out is at 10:30 AM, and if you are late, you pay 50 euros! Additionally, the hotel is run-down, the furniture is old and broken, not worth the value! Even the cleaning is poor!
